#SuperClash: Re-Live Action Of Hearts Vrs Kotoko Game.



Here is the re-live action of the full 90 minutes played game between Accra Hearts Of Oak and Ashanti Kotoko at the Accra sport stadium.

Okrah, who is 1 v1 with the goalkeeper, can’t make a proper connection to the ball to draw Kotoko level. Hearts lucky. (1-0).

Deadlock is finally broken. Daniel Afriyie Barnieh scores. A deflected shot fell kindly to him inside the box and he made no mistake by smashing the bal past Kwame Baah.

Gama picks up Gyamfi inside the box with a fantastic through ball. The captain’s shot is wayward. Hearts survive (0-0)

A brilliant play on the secures Hearts a free kick. It is delivered into the box by Ibrahim Salifu straight to the head of Kotoko defender. Kotoko clear (0-0)

Andy Kumi's first action and he draws a foul and a yellow card for Addo Sowah. Fabio Gama tried to trick Richard Attah but the goalie gathers the ball.

Struggling start by Kotoko and Barreto reacts by taking off Evans Adomako. He is replaced by anothr attacker Francis Andy Kumi. (0-0)

Patrick Razak shot inside the box is blocked but before that Ibrahim Salifu delayed when he just had to send a simple pass to Barnieh to score. (0-0).

Hearts win a free kick on the right side of Kotoko's box. Habib Mohammed, already on a yellow card, brings down Patrick Razak but it is not bad enough to warrant a second booking. Ibrahim Salifu curls the ball but Kwame Baah clear.

The first half ends without a goal. There was no clear cut chance for either side but Fatawu Mohammed hit the woodwork. Before that, Hearts of Oak lost midfield dynamo Emmanuel Nettey to injury.

Fabio Gama and Ibrahim Salifu - the two gifted playmakers - struggled to influence the game due to tight marking.

Fabio Gama is prevented from having a simple tap in. Mohammed Alhassan with the timely intervention. The resulting corner is dealt with by Richard Attah.

Robert Addo Sowah saves Hearts. He times his tackle perfectly to win the ball ahead of Emmanuel Gyamfi would have been one on one with the goalkeeper.

Hearts captain Fatawu Mohammed hits the woodwork after a relentless run into the box. The rebound is blocked before Kwame Baah comfortably collects.

Boadu would be pleased with a yellow card to Habib Mohammed. It was a bad tackle on Barnieh and the referee with another right decision.

So one yellow card apiece as it stands.

Fabio Gama is fouled. Samuel Boadu remonstrates on the touchline and he picks up the first yellow card. (0-0)

Emmanuel Gyamfi goes down in the box but the referee is happy with the challenge. Kotoko have settled and are attacking in the numbers now.

Richard Attah with a good save to prevent Patrick Asmah from scoring a free kick. The delivery was heading to the top right corner. Fabio Gama who is being heavily policed won the free kick.

Kotoko captain Emmanuel Gyamfi leads by example with a dazzling run and sends a low cross but nobody arrives to connect. Hearts clear their lines. (0-0)

Hearts work the ball brilliantly into Kotoko box but Afriyie Barnieh's goal-bound effort is blocked. Kwame Baah was in no man's land at that moment. (0-0).

Hearts of Oak's early dominance results in another free-kick. Nettey hits a powerful shot which flys over the bar but he quickly falls again and his day is over after barely 10 minutes. Hearts of Oak fans give him a standing ovation as he is stretchered off the field.

Frederick Ansah Botchway takes his place.

Emmanuel Nettey falls without any challenge. He is up after receiving treatment. The Phobians would be hoping he doesn't go off.
