A Kenyan landlord in an apparent move to get his money at all cost from his tenants has locked their apartment with a live snake.
The angry man locked the gate to his tenants’ apartment with the deadly reptile for defaulting in paying for their accumulated rent arrears from September to October 2021.
The man identified as Samuel Kioko discreetly wrapped the snake on the building gate while the tenants were away for work.
The snake interestingly played his part well in the man’s diabolical scheme by refusing to crawl away despite not being tied to the gate.
This stunned the tenant upon signing the rare spectacle when they returned home.
